Maintaining a Safe and Respectful Platform

At NetArt Yazilim, we prioritize creating a safe, respectful, and lawful environment for all Ice-Cream (icem.live) ("APP") users. While the primary function of our platform is text-based conversations with AI Companions, we have established this Blocked Content Policy to outline strict prohibitions on specific types of content.

1. Prohibited Content

This policy extends to all forms of content generated on our platform, including text, images, videos, or any other AI-generated forms.

• **Illegal Content:** Content violating local, national, or international laws is strictly forbidden. This includes content related to illegal substances, violence, weapons, or the promotion of illegal activities.
• **Hate Speech and Discrimination:** We have zero tolerance for content advocating hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected status.
• **Violence and Harm:** Content that promotes or glorifies violence, self-harm, or harm to others is strictly prohibited. This includes any endorsement of suicide, terrorism, or any form of harm.
• **Child Exploitation:** We vehemently prohibit any content exploiting, endangering, or harming minors. This includes, but isn't limited to, child pornography, sexual exploitation, or any form of harassment targeting minors.
• **Content Resembling Minors:** We have a strict policy against AI-generated content that resembles minors or exploits their likeness.
• **Infringing Content:** The sharing of any content violating privacy rights, copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights is prohibited. This includes unauthorized use of copyrighted material or distributing private information without consent.
• **Impersonation and Celebrity Content:** Attempts to impersonate real individuals, especially celebrities or public figures, in a deceptive or harmful manner are strictly forbidden.

2. Content Responsibility

As a user, the content generated by AI Companions (text, voice, images, videos) is your responsibility. You must ensure your interactions with the AI Companions adhere to all laws, regulations, and our Terms and Policies (especially this Blocked Content Policy). Engaging in any illegal, unethical, or harmful activity through the APP is strictly prohibited.

3. Content Moderation

We use a content moderation filter powered by our proprietary technology to flag potentially harmful content. In addition, we may manually review flagged content and take appropriate action, potentially including account termination.

4. Content Removal and Account Suspension

Violations of this policy may result in the removal of the offending content, account suspension, or even legal action, as deemed necessary.
